Eva Authentic Living organizes a meditation class every friday morning where you will get to know different types of meditation techniques, like body flow, meditation through movement or shaking. I use different forms with or without music. Besides that you will practice self-reflection exercises to gain awareness on your body and mind.
If you are interested to create more awareness about what you experience and feel, to be more present in your life, then join me in this mindful meditation class. It is for beginners and more advanced meditators. Depending on the group the meditation will be in English or Dutch.
