Friday Active Meditation Class

Eva Authentic Living organizes a meditation class every friday morning where you will get to know different types of meditation techniques, like body flow, meditation through movement or shaking.  I use different forms with or without music. Besides that you will practice self-reflection exercises to gain awareness on your body and mind.

If you are interested to create more awareness about what you experience and feel, to be more present in your life, then join me in this mindful meditation class. It is for beginners and more advanced meditators. Depending on the group the meditation will be in English or Dutch.

EFFECTS
The effect of meditation is different for everybody but in general these can be positive effects and results:

  • sleeping better
  • easier focus, less easily distracted
  • improved stress-tolerance
  • less anxiety and depression feelings
  • more intense sense of life

  • better view of what's important in your life

Price: €12,50 per person. Card of 5 sessions is €50

Experiences

What I experienced when we started to sit in the lotus posture, was that I felt calm because we started the meditation in movement. The overall effect of the meditation was that of calmness, clarity and certainty, that I could hold on to still after a couple of days.

The mindful meditation was a nice experience. The effect on me after only one session was that if feel now that i have more space in my body and it is much more quiet inside me.
