Our daily life is full of hassles, deadlines, activities, and demands and this causes stress. Stress isn’t always bad it can help you perform under pressure and motivate to do you best.

For many women, the continue high level of stress has become normal that it has become a way of life. The effect is that we create chronic stress where you are constantly running in emergency mode and in the end your mind and body pay the price.

Chronic stress has a huge impact on our bodies and minds and we notice that on a physical, emotional, behavioural and cognitive level. It expresses like feeling overwhelmed, being in a rush constantly, have a low energy level, being forgetful and hard to concentrate and lashing out easy to the people around you.

When we suffer from burn-out, our body is not able to recover itself anymore when you are in “rest state”. This is what we call chronic stress. This happens when we have been asking our bodies too much without offering it time to recover. In chronic stress state the body has created a physical disruption with the effect that the ability of recovery is lost.

Our bodies have given us many signals during this process of asking too much of ourselves during a long period of time. It can be years that you have been asking more of your body without giving it recovery or recharge time. 

We have been pushing ourselves without taking a break. We have lost touch with what our bodies have been saying, mostly because we are so wired up in what our minds are saying to us. We have been ignoring the needs of our bodies and we feel depleted.

I am Eva Visser Plaza, mother of two boys  and I guide, ambitious, intuitive, sensitive, international and highly educated  women like you that wish to create a life and career that really nourishes from within and has purpose.

I have worked in different industries and roles for over 15 years and I've successfully built my holistic coaching practice in the last 5 years.

Authentic Burn-out recovery approach

I work with clients over a period of time to help them recover physically from their burn-out symptoms and build up a new way of living developing leadership skills. Depending on where you are on the chronic stress scale we will work on a program where we work on the various phases.

Phase 1. Relaxation: Alignment between Body and Mind 
We will focus on aligning the body and mind to feel the physical and emotional signals of the body to be able to take the right decisions regarding your daily vitality. We work also with energy & time management to create a personal balance to choose healthy options to be active or recharge during your day. We work on a daily schedule with activities which enables you to recover. The recovery is stimulated through moderate exercise and various relaxation and breathing exercises and developing body awareness.

Phase 2: Awareness: Gaining Self-Awareness and Insight                                             
During the second phase, when vitality levels are grown, there is more space to for awareness. To receive insights to be able to be conscious about your behavior regarding the stress sources. We work on becoming aware of the patterns of behavior towards the stress sources as this is the start to transform your attitude and behavior.

Phase 3: Transformation: Self-management: self-direction and long term vitality
During this phase we take as input the insights of the second phase and we work on skill training to enable you to deal in a vital way to the stress sources. Based on the newly acquired skills, you are able to develop boundaries, saying no to things that are not nourishing, identify your needs and act upon them to ultimately create a life style that is nourishing you.

Phase 4: Reintegration at the workplace
When you are ready to go back to work, we create together with your employer, the arbo-doctor and you a re-integration plan. I advice your manager how to manage the re-integration process and steer this phase to create a smooth trayectory. 


This type of coaching is for:

  • Women at leadership or management level in the corporate world

  • Female entrepreneurs with minimum three years of experience as an entrepreneur

  • For both type of women you are about to go on sick leave or feel serious stress symptoms which makes you feel not effective at work and in your life anymore

This type of coaching is not for:

  • Women who are not open to mindfulness, bodywork and meditation.

  • Women who do not wish to cope with their feelings and emotions

  • Women who feel that want to change something in themselves but do not commit to do the work themselves

  • Women who want quick fixes and are in a hurry to recover from their chronic stress symptoms


Based on what other clients have experienced you can expect:

  • You are recovered from your burn-out complaints and you are more in touch with yourself

  • You know how to set priorities and you are able to take autonomous decisions and choices

  • You can take care of your own well-being in your life and work

  • You have gained insight in the causes of your stress symptoms and you have gained skills to deal with stress in a sustainable way

  • You have gained personal female leadership skills to regulate your life in a balanced way

    The above mentioned results depend on the client. Clients have reached these results, but only because they have done the work themselves.


Investment

My guidance programs are bespoke based on the needs of the client. A guidance program starts with a period of 3 months. You can expect:

  • 6 in person guidance moments

  • bi-weekly 30 min check-ins by phone

  • Online VIP access for support in between sessions. You have me as your dedicated, lovingly partner to support you in this process.

  • An online client environment with actionable exercises and resources which enhance the required transformation in your mind and body to create a nourishing career path

The investment of a 3 month guidance program is 2250,-  ex BTW.  

  • Payment plans are available. An extra 8% will be charged. Max. 3 monthly payments

  • You can deduct the amount on you yearly tax income, meaning that you pay less tax.

  • It is also possible to use your outplacement or education budget from the company you work for

  • Employers are co-responsible for the wellbeing of the employee and when you are on sick-leave I always contact the employer to involve them in the process and financial resources


Commitment

Applying for a personalized coaching programme is an investment in the future of your life and career. You need to approach it with a willingness to learn and an openness to new ideas. It is a commitment to yourself to create a sustainable long term change.   In order to get the maximum results from it, you will need to ensure that you are able to prioritise this program dedicating your time and energy to it. When you do that, you will notice the transformation.  If you plan to do a program but you have many other commitments which ask you time and energy, I would advise to wait for the right moment. 


How does that work in practice?

I find it important to work with the right clients. That’s why I like to give you and myself the opportunity to get to know each other and see if we are the right fit. Therefore I have created a chemistry call. A free, orientational call where you can share your challenges and I can inform you how I work. When we feel that there is a click, we continue with the on boarding process which I will explain during our chat. When we have no click, no hard feelings and I will give you resources and a list of recommended professionals who might help you in your recovery.
