Low energy, feeling demotivated, boredom, or overwhelm...these where the words I identified with in several phases of my life. 

When we dread going to work or feel resistance to our life activities, we normally hang in to it. We feel that we have to do it because this is what life is right. We ignore and suppress the signs our body gives and we go on with a life which does not feel aligned with us.

We do not learn to create a life which nourishes us. We have simply not learned to do that. The effect is that we feel that we are somewhere out of touch with our feelings, needs and longings. And day by day we see that our wellbeing declines, we feel stressed, empty, lost, resistance and disaligned. 

Now this can be different. In my experience my life became more aligned when I started to connect my mind with my body and therefore I have designed this course to create connection between mind and body where you will ultimately gain a deeper and richer connection to your self.  This connection is the key to create a more aligned life.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Access to a computer and the internet, a notebook and a pen. 

DO I HAVE TO BE IN CLASS AT CERTAIN TIMES?

No, there are no set times when you have to be in class. The lessons are emailed to you on set days, but this is a self-paced course, so you can fit it in whenever is best for you. Expect to spend about an hour or two on the course each week.
