Do you often have that feeling while working that...

after a few hours you feel tired, out of focus or stressed?

I get easily overwhelmed when I work and I take 5 minute breaks every 2 to 3 hours on a working day. What helps me is to do an exercise which helps me get connected with my body again without needing to DO something.

As it helps me and my clients, I would love to share it with you for free.

This is not another relaxation exercise, this is a simple basic meditation where you do not have to breath deep or try to relax.
